If you make salads (and who couldn’t use a little more salad in their diets?), a salad spinner is indispensable unless you really enjoy drying salad by hand or eating dirty greens.

I never knew there were so many salad spinner options until I looked up the Zyliss model, which I have, on Amazon.

A few years ago a friend gave me a salad spinner which was unfortunately lost during the renovation we did on our home. I eventually replaced it with a Zyliss model.

It works great and is easy to use. Usually I wash the salad in the bowl, drain it, spin it, then take out the inner bowl and dress the salad in the outer one. Once I’m done, I throw the whole thing in the dishwasher.
